North American customers

We offer free US shipping on any order over $80.

Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. This means your order should arrive at your doorstep within 3-10 business days -- and often less!

Most orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and the destination country.

Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.VAT, GST or any other duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.

We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.
If your package can't be delivered and is sent back to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, you refuse to pay import taxes, or you have moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns can NOT be made outside of the 30-day period.
